Rules for using the Skulovo platform

By using Skulovo, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting them on behalf of a school or organisation, you confirm that you are allowed to do so for that school or organisation.

Using Skulovo

Skulovo provides software for school administration, communication, academic workflows, payments, and related reporting. You may use the platform only for its intended school or education-related purpose.

Some features may change over time as the product evolves. Access to some parts of the platform may also depend on account role, school settings, or subscription status.

Accounts and security

• Account information should be accurate and kept up to date.
• Each user is responsible for keeping login details secure and for activity that happens through that account.
• Schools are responsible for assigning roles correctly and removing access when a staff member or user should no longer have it.

School responsibilities

The school account owner or administrator is responsible for the records, permissions, and workflows configured inside that school account.

• Schools must only upload or manage information they have the right to handle.
• Schools remain responsible for how they use results, attendance, communications, payment records, and other operational data stored in the platform.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the platform.

• do not try to bypass permissions or security controls
• do not upload malicious code, harmful files, or unlawful content
• do not scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform beyond what the law allows
• do not use the service in a way that disrupts other schools or users

Service changes and availability

We aim to keep Skulovo available and reliable, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

We may update, improve, suspend, or remove features for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product reasons. We may also rely on third-party providers such as hosting, payments, email delivery, and authentication services.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, creates security risk, fails to meet payment obligations, or requires intervention for legal or operational reasons.

Schools may also request account closure, subject to any remaining legal, billing, or record-retention obligations.

Liability and legal

Skulovo is provided on an available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform. Schools remain responsible for operational decisions they make using platform data or outputs.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If you continue to use Skulovo after an update becomes effective, the updated terms apply.
